What Skills Do I Need?
To volunteer at CAD 4 Kidz, you should have some experience in CAD, 2D/3D modeling or designing. Effective communication and teaching skills are crucial, along with patience and adaptability to different learning needs. Demonstrating leadership, mentorship, problem-solving, collaboration, and teamwork abilities is essential. Most importantly, a genuine passion for STEM and education.
